How to Use Your Daily Room Log
List Style Instructions
- Write the Room name, Location, and Date at the top of each sheet.
- Write the Provider and MA names for the day.
- Fill in product names, lot numbers, and expiration dates across the 8 product columns at the top.
- Write your opening unit count for each product in the START COUNT row.
- If you transfer product INTO this room during the day, write the units in the TRANSFER IN row.
- If you transfer product OUT to another room, write the units in the TRANSFER OUT row.
- For each patient treatment, write one line in the USAGE LOG: patient initials, units used, product name, and lot number.
- At the end of the day, physically count every product in the room and write the actual count in the EOD COUNT row.
- Scan the completed form with the Stcki app to auto-import all data.
Tips
- Use one sheet per room, per day.
- Keep handwriting clear and within the cells for best scan results.
- If you run out of rows, start a second sheet and mark it Page 2.
- Start and EOD counts are the most important fields — they let Stcki detect variances automatically.
- Don't worry about being perfect — the Stcki app lets you review and correct anything before it's imported.
