AI for aesthetics and wellness

Run the practice youactually meant to build.

Stcki's AI practice manager sees what you can't, remembers what you don't, and tells you what to do about it — the product, the money, the vendors, the paperwork, the coverage you didn't know you were missing.

You know this story

You built something real. Nobody built the system to run it.

You bought software for the patient. Everything else — the product, the money, the vendors, the paperwork — landed on you, in a spreadsheet, a binder, or your memory. It worked when you were small. Then you grew.

Small Team

Multi-Location

"More rooms, more product, more people. And no system holding any of it."

You're not supposed to remember all of it. You've just never had a system that does.

And it was never just the product

Six questions you can't answer right now.

Not because you're careless. Because nothing you own was built to answer them.

"How much product actually walked out the door last month?"

Nobody knows. The shelf and the system have never agreed.

"What did that vial really cost me?"

Not the invoice price. After the rebate, the samples, the rewards program and the waste. And no rep is going to tell you that number.

"Where did the samples go?"

The rep promised ten vials. Did anyone follow up? Did they ever show up?

"Am I buying at the lowest cost possible?"

You've never had your true cost numbers to push back with. So you negotiate on what you think is a good price.

"Did we ever collect that rebate?"

The credit posts, and then somebody has to ask for the money. That ask is what gets missed — a quarter at a time.

"Who's actually doing the hiring around here?"

You are. The offer letter, the agreement, the onboarding — on a weeknight, after everyone else went home.

Your EMR answers none of these. It was never supposed to.

Here's what nobody tells you

Your inventory numbers are fiction. And it's not your fault.

The count is never exact — at any step.

01

Reconstitute for 100 units. Pull 103. Or 108. Or 93.

02

The injection's a judgment call on a tiny syringe. Everyone rounds.

03

Two people count the same shelf and get two numbers.

So product disappears. The system says one thing, the shelf says another — and your EMR has no idea.

What it's costing you

Product disappears. Every practice. Nobody knows exactly how.

That's one product. Your filler, biostimulators, peptides and everything else on the shelf have the same problem — counted, sure, but never actually tracked. See your number →

Meet VERA · Stcki's AI practice manager

She sees what you can't. She remembers what you don't.

She's closer to a team than a tool. An operations manager who knows where everything went. A coach who tells you what needs you, every morning. An analyst who finds the money nobody was looking for. A second set of eyes on the paperwork you're not sure is current.

Not a chatbot. Not a search box. Not a dashboard you have to learn.

Every plan: she answers from your Stcki data. On Automations: she reads your documents, runs the watchers, writes what needs writing, and sends the brief.

What all of it is for

Save time. Save money. Make money.

Everything we build lands in one of three places. That's been true since the first version and it'll be true at version fifty.

01 · Save time
The work stops being manual.

The operational grind — counting, logging, checking, chasing, writing the same document for the ninth time. We automate the task and put consistent infrastructure under it so it happens the same way every time, whoever is working.

Then AI reads what comes out of it and tells you what it means.

Daily countsAutomatic

02 · Save money
You stop losing it, and you stop overpaying.

Two halves. You know your true cost per product, so you negotiate from data instead of hope — and AI does the negotiating with it. And your team is accountable, so product stops walking off the bottom line.

The result is quiet and large: you buy less, because you are losing less.

Being the practice AI names when someone asks for the best practice nearby is the first one in. It is one of many, and the rest are in the works — including sales automations built the same way the operational ones were.

Why Stcki keeps growing

Built in real practices. On real problems. Every week.

Stcki did not start as a product. It started as a fix — a live aesthetics practice hand-counted one month, came up 1,500 units short, and nobody could say where it went. That got built. Then the next problem showed up, and the one after that.

That is still how it works. Something breaks on a real floor — product walking out the door, a rebate paid short, a vendor deal nobody had the leverage to renegotiate, an offer letter that takes a weekend to write, a nursing license nobody noticed had expired. It gets built with AI. And because every practice in aesthetics and wellness has the same problem, you get it too.

Nobody here is guessing what practices need. It is lived first and shipped second. Product was first. It is nowhere near the last.

A real practice hits a problem→We build it with AI→Every practice has that problem→You get it→Repeat

Every other AI company in aesthetics is fighting over your front desk. Booking bots, phone answerers, review chasers. Nobody is running the side where the money actually moves — in aesthetics or wellness. We started there. We are not staying there.

And this list is already behind what's actually coming. Ask us what we're building this week.

How you buy it

Three ways to work with us. You pick the depth.

Everything above is one of three arrangements. Most practices start at the first and stay there until Stcki finds something.

One

Use it — inventory and cost intelligence, on your phone and on the web

On your phone between patients and in the browser at your desk. Every product you stock, tracked by location, room, lot and provider, and reconciled every shift. The intelligence layer reads your own numbers and tells you what they mean — what things actually cost, who used what, where the variance is, what's about to expire. VERA answers questions about any of it in plain language.

This is the practice you already run, finally visible.

Two

Let it run things — automations and intelligence that change how things get done

The full VERA agent. Invoices get read, checked and filed the moment they arrive. Rebates, credits and promised product get watched and chased. Offer letters, agreements and policies get written. Every morning she sends a brief on what moved, what it cost and what needs you.

Plus every automation we've built for aesthetics and wellness, and every one we build next — included, never metered.

Three

Have us build yours — an AI implementer working inside your practice

Stcki Partner

We sit down, spec the thing that's actually costing you, and build the automation for it — your intake, your ordering, your reporting, whatever the workflow is. Built on your data, the same way everything else on this page got built.

Application only — we take two or three practices at a time, and we vet every one. Direct line to the person building it.

How much of your practice runs on memory and trust?

Fifteen questions. Three minutes. An honest read on where your time goes, where your money goes, and where AI can do the heavy lifting.

What's coming · Coverage & infrastructure

Do you actually have everything a practice is supposed to have?

Most owners have most of it. No owner is sure. And nobody finds out they were wrong on a good day. Stcki gives you the list, shows you what's missing, and tells you what expires when.

  • Entity & licensing
  • Malpractice
  • Professional liability
  • Credentials & CPR
  • Medical direction
  • Vendor terms
  • Written policies

Rather see it before you read another page?

Tell us the practice and what you'd want to see and we'll send back a time — a real walkthrough on real data, not a slide deck. If you just have a question, ask it here instead.

No sequence, no drip. One reply from the person who'd run the walkthrough.

Your price is locked for as long as you stay

AI isn't going away. Being early is still a choice.

It gets easier to adopt every month, and the owners moving now are the ones building the habit before it's table stakes. Stcki is where it starts on the side of the business that pays for it: the invoices get read, the money you're owed gets chased, what needs writing gets written, and you get a brief every morning on your own numbers. Come see it running.

Guided setup on every plan — you will see your own numbers in the first week.
Before you ask

Questions, answered.

No. Stcki is EMR-agnostic — keep Boulevard, Zenoti, Aesthetic Record, whatever you run. Stcki adds the layer your EMR was never built for and sits next to it.

Stcki tracks product, cost and staff — not patient charts. Your patient information stays in your EMR. We are not a medical record and have no interest in becoming one.

Stcki sits next to your EMR rather than plugging into it. There is nothing to migrate and nothing to replace.

Stcki’s AI practice manager. On every plan she answers from your Stcki data — costs, usage, variance, who used what — in plain English, with no report to run. On Automations she becomes the full agent: she reads your documents and folders, watches for money you are owed, writes what needs writing, and sends a morning brief with a read on the day and what she would do about it.

It started there. Today it also runs invoices, true cost and vendor deals, with hiring and credential tracking being built now. On Automations it also sends your daily brief. Anything a practice does that is not the patient is fair game.

Anything you stock. Toxins, fillers, biostimulators, biologics, devices, peptides and GLPs are built in. Skincare, supplements, retail, consumables — if it has a cost and a count, it can be tracked by Stcki.

If you are on Automations, it appears in your account. Included, no add-on charge, no renegotiation.

Stcki is live in about a week. Automations take two to four. Jason does every setup personally — you will not be handed a login and wished luck.

Month to month, no contracts. Pay monthly and you can stop any time — you just lose access to the app. Pay annually and you are in for the year.

Nothing. Prices rise at real milestones; yours is locked for as long as you stay.

No. You ask in plain language, or you read what she sends you. There is nothing to configure and no prompting to learn.

No. It surfaces what it found and drafts what needs drafting — the refund request on an uncollected credit, the offer letter, the vendor position. You approve before anything goes out.

No. Asking questions is the smallest part. The work happens whether or not you open the app: invoices get read and checked on arrival, rebates and promised product get chased, expiry and stockouts get flagged before they cost you.
